ScottNet's® Terms of Use or Service
- Overview
- Our systems are designed to provide ease of use and
value to our clients, visitors to our site, and to the staff of our
affiliates. We use a centralized, database driven system. This
system is privately held and we do not share information with non-affiliated
third parties. Therefore, we require that information provided to our
system be timely and accurate. By using a reliable, accurate, and
efficient system design we are able to provide an ever growing number of
services to our clients and users. By participating, at will, in our
system, you are able to take advantage of our products and services seamlessly
across all of our affiliates systems.

- Definitions
- * ScottNet® - Scott Supply Service,
Inc., Brett L. Scott, Joseph L. Scott, it's assignees, it's designated
representatives, and it's operational staff.
- * Our Systems - all web
sites, or portions of web sites that use the ScottNet Infinite Systems
software platform, database, web services, media services, and/or related
software systems.

- Fundamental Rules of Use
- 1) Timely and accurate
information must be provided and maintained in our systems to ensure the
continued use of your user account and providing false, incomplete, outdated,
or inaccurate information will result in the immediate termination of your
access to our systems.
- 2) This system is
intended for use in commerce, charitable and political operations, information
distribution, and on-line education. Any behaviors that would tend to
inhibit the complete achievement of these goals is a violation of this
agreement. This includes, but is not limited to;
- a. knowingly,
negligently, or falsely reporting information about yourself or others.
- b. collecting, scraping,
or in any other manner removing and/or storing information contained in our
systems outside our our system.
- c. maliciously or
detrimentally using information or knowledge obtained through the the use of
our systems against our staff, users, affiliates, or their commercial
ventures, partners, and / or families.
- d. attempting to subvert,
destroy, suspend, or inhibit the functioning of our software, systems, staff,
or affiliates.
- e. attempting to obtain
access to areas of our systems using false pretenses, false identities, or
misleading affiliations.
- 3) Information contained
or produced by our systems is intended for specific uses and at all times we
strive to protect the personal privacy of our users. Any violations of
privacy caused by the misuse of the information obtained through / contained
in our systems is a violation of this agreement.
- 4) Your use of the ScottNet®
system provides you with a wealth of information. You agree not to
share information about ScottNet®,
it's users, it's affiliates, it's software, it's operations, it's practices,
it's methodologies, or the information contained within the systems with any
party that might make use of such information to compete against, , or in
any other way harm ScottNet®, it's users, or it's
affiliates.
- 5) You agree that your use of the ScottNet®
system is at will and that access to our systems is not guaranteed.
ScottNet's® systems are
made available to you as is and as available.

- Acknowledgement of ScottNet's®
Sole Authorities
- 1) Your registration in the ScottNet system acknowledges the
exclusive authority of ScottNet® to
operate, manage, and administer the ScottNet®
systems. ScottNet® is the sole determiner of any dispute
resolutions, judgments of abuse or misuse of our systems, and all decisions
relating to the granting or continued use of our systems.
- 2) You agree to notify ScottNet® of any abuses
of our systems, it's users, it's affiliates via telephone (520.882.9866) or
e-mail (abuse@scottnet.com).
- 3) You agree to co-operate with ScottNet's® staff, law enforcement, and official court
orders issued under charter of the United States, the 50 states, or their
municipal courts relating to investigations of misuse, criminal conduct, or
deceptive practices.
- 4) Your registration and use ScottNet's® systems
acknowledges your acceptance of our policies and rules of conduct.
- 5) You agree that ScottNet®
will be the final arbiter of any conflicts, disputes, damages, and other
losses relating to the use, access to, or consequence of the operation of
the ScottNet® systems.

- Limitation of liability
- 1) If a dispute arises regarding access to ScottNet® systems, you agree to hold ScottNet® harmless of any and all liability.
Additionally, you agree to limit any claims against ScottNet® to the unused portion of any deposits
and/or fees paid to ScottNet® and waive
any further claims to damages, financial loss, opportunity loss, and all
other forms of claims.
- 2) You grant ScottNet®
the right to recover legal fees, attorney's fees, and billable time spent
defending ScottNet® should you initiate
any legal dispute against ScottNet® in court or aribitration.
Acknowledgement of Change
1) You agree that ScottNet® has the sole right to update, modify,
or change the Terms of Service at any time and acknowledge that access
to the Terms of Service is available via the login screen and/or on a linked
page titled "Terms of Service".
2) You acknowledge that it is your sole responsibility to
observe changes and waive any claims against ScottNet® for failure to observe or agree to changes in the Terms of
Service.
3) You agree that your sole remedy in disputes arising from changes to the
Terms of Service is to cease using the ScottNet® system and waive any further claims.
